You will need: 50g of butter, 260g of Marshmallows, 10 cups of popped popcorn.
You can do this in a slow cooker or in a pot on the stove but I find the slow cooker makes a softer bar.
If your cooking in a pot cook on a medium low heat. If in your slow cooker cook on high.
Melt the butter and marshmallows together stiring every couple of minutes. Mix in popcorn and spoon into a slice tin lined with baking paper. Leave on bench for 30minutes then cut into squares and store in an air tight container in the fridge. This is best in the first few days as the popcorn can go soft after a couple of days.
