Baked eggs Florentine



Baked eggs Florentine
Ingredients
...
•A cup of cooked spinach
•4 eggs
•A dash of cream or milk
•Grated cheese


Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

2.Put a spoon full of spinach at the bottom of each ramekin.

3.Gently break an egg on top.

4.Pour a little milk or cream on top and sprinkle with the grated cheese.

5.Bake in the oven until set, about 15 minutes.
