PEPPERMINT CRISP TART JARS:
YOU NEED:
•250 ml Orley Whip or Cream
•1 tsp Vanilla Essence
•1 tin Nestlé Caramel Treat...
•3 Nestlé Peppermint Crisp chocolate bars, grated
•1 packets Bakers Tennis Biscuits, crushed (Original or Choc Mint flavoured)
WHAT TO DO:
Whisk together the Orley Whip with the vanilla essence to stiff peaks.
Beat the Caramel Treat until smooth. Place 2 chopped Peppermint Crisp bars and 1 packet Tennis biscuits into a food processor and blitz to medium crumbs.
Spoon 1/3 of the biscuit mixture into 2 medium-sized jars. Spoon or pipe 1/3 Caramel Treat on top and top with 1/3 of the Orley Whip.
Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with Peppermint Crisp chunks.
