Quick Health bread



Quick Health bread
Ingredients
500 ml Nutty Wheat flour...
250 ml Jungle Oat Bran
250 ml linseeds or sunflower seeds
5 ml salt

5 ml bicarbonate of soda
625 ml yoghurt
2 apples, grated
125 ml raisins
Instructions
1. Stir the Nutty Wheat flour, Jungle Oat Bran, linseeds, salt and bicarbonate of soda together.
2. Stir through the yoghurt, apples and raisins. Spoon into a greased loaf tin and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Cool slightly in tin then turn out.
