Cheese and spinach rolls




Cheese and spinach rolls

2 sheets puff pastry cut in half
1 cup spinach chopped finely
300g feta cheese ...
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 onion diced and sautéed until soft.
3 stale slice bread (blitz to crumb)
1 egg
Pinch of salt and pepper

Place the Spinach, feta, ricotta onion and bread in a bowl and mix well. Add egg and salt and pepper.
Combine really well.

Place it on the pastry and roll into a log. Cut to desired length
Brush it down with egg wash and place on baking paper on a baking tray.
Sprinkle with black seeds or sesame seeds
Bake at 225*C for 15-20min or until golden.
