Ek het hierdie resep by my suster gekry, lekker maklik en vining
Mini Tuna Frittatas
Makes 9
half green pepper, chopped
3 eggs beaten
60ml milk
170g tin shredded tuna, drained
126ml corn kernels (optional)
160ml feta cheese, crumbled
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 200 C. Grease 9 holes of a standard muffin tray. Combine all the ingredients. Season.
Divide the mixture evenly amont the 9 prepared holes. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden and set.
