BOEREWORS BRAAI SNACKERS: [ROBERTSONS SPICES]

Serves 4
YOU NEED:...
•800 g of good quality Boerewors cut into 5cm pieces
•10 ml Robertsons Crushed Chillies
•10 ml Robertsons Mixed Herbs
•200 g Cheddar Cheese or Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
•200 g Streaky Bacon
•1 Onion peeled and cut into chunks
WHAT TO DO:
1.Cut open each piece of wors lengthwise, but not all the way through. Place a piece of cheese in the slit and sprinkle with Robertsons Crushed Chillies and Robertsons Mixed Herbs.
2.Wrap a piece of bacon around the wors to seal the cheese in. Secure with a tooth pick.
3.Braai over medium coals until cooked through and golden brown and crispy.
4.Serve warm straight off the braai.
