Fondant Icing Recipe




Fondant Icing Recipe
20 white marshmallows...
1 tablespoon.wooden spoon
2 tsp water
3-4 cups icing sugar

Melt the marshmallows & water and wooden spoon in a glass bowl in the microwave at 30 sec intervals..until all the ingredients are blended and liquid..then start adding the icing sugar..a cup at a time..after 2, 5 cups..I started kneading until the fondant is a smooth consistency..it is a bit sticky but just add a little icing sugar at a time..I used about 3 1/2 cups..wrap in cling wrap and keep in an airtight container until required.
