Ingredients:
• 1 cup strawberries
• 1 cup raspberries
...
• 1 ripe medium banana, peeled
• 1 cup plain yoghurt
• 2 tablespoons oats
• 1-2 tsp Illovo Traditional Syrup (optional)
Method:
Combine strawberries, raspberries, banana, plain yogurt, oats and syrup and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Serves 2.
Tip: Use frozen berries for extra chill.
