Sticky Chicken Wing Kebabs




Sticky Chicken Wing Kebabs
Serves 6 - 8 for lunch boxes

Easy to eat on kebab sticks.

18 chicken wings - separated at the joint
Ina Paarman's Chicken Spice
1½ cups (375ml) Ina Paarman's Sticky Marinade


Position the oven rack in the middle and preheat the oven to 180°C.
Toss the winglets with seasoning in an oven pan.

Arrange in a single layer. Drizzle over a generous amount of sauce.

Bake open for 30 minutes, stir to turn them and continue cooking for a final 20 minutes, until sticky and well browned. Excellent with potato and carrot bake.
