Festive fruit bark

The magic combination of chocolate, almonds & cranberries will make this a firm favourite for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

200gr Good quality milk chocolate
50gr Cranberries chopped
50gr Almonds chopped

Method

Over a double boiler, slowly melt the chocolate
Place the chopped almonds and cranberries in baking sheet lined with wax paper
Pour the melted chocolate over the almonds and cranberry mix
Let it cool completely before braking into shards
