Marmelade summer salad

Ingredients:
1 packet Four Seasons lettuce
1 can litchis (576g)
400g strawberries
125g blueberries
1 Camembert
100g pecan nuts
Dressing:
100ml mayonnaise
200ml tropical fruit yoghurt
100ml milk for thinning
Layer the salad ingredient as listed. Chop the strawberries, litchis and camembert to bite-size pieces, while leaving the blueberries whole. Crush the pecan nuts over the finished salad. Mix the dressing ingredients until well-blended. Drizzle over the salad just before serving.
