Flourless chocolate cake




Flourless chocolate cake
(gluten-free)
Ingredients
Main Ingredients
125 grams PnP butter
110 grams PnP castor sugar
100 grams dark chocolate, chopped
2 medium PnP eggs
100 grams PnP ground almonds

Method
Melt butter with castor sugar in a small saucepan.
Remove from heat, add dark chocolate and stir until melted.
Whisk eggs and beat into chocolate mixture until well combined.
Finally, mix in ground almonds.
Pour mixture into a small greased and lined loaf tin and bake for 45-50 minutes or until just firm to the touch.
It won't rise much in the oven.
Cool completely before turning out and serve topped with PnP ganache and white chocolate shavings.
