Jam Drops





Jam Drops

2 cups flour
¼ lb butter (100 grams)
¾ cup castor sugar
2 eggs
¼ teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons baking powder

Cream butter and sugar.  Add eggs.  Add the dry ingredients.  Roll into small balls and press a hole in the center.  Drop a little jam (apricot / raspberry) in the center and bake in a hot oven for 10 minutes. (180 degrees C)
