Serves 4
600-800g fillet
Seasoning
30ml olive oil
250g brown mushrooms
1ea small onion, chopped
30ml whole grain mustard
100ml creamed cottage cheese
1ea egg, lightly beaten
Method:
Prepare the fillet to your preferred degree of doneness.
Heat oil in a pan, add the mushrooms, onions, mustard and season.
Add the creamed cottage cheese and the egg, mix well.
Arrange the meat on a baking tray – top with the mushroom mixture and bake at 160°C for 10-15 minutes.
