| This diet works
through chemical breakdown and has been proven. NO DEVIATIONS |
| OR REPLACEMENTS ARE
ALLOWED in this diet. Salt and pepper may be used, but |
| absolutely NO
SPICES. |

| The diet must be
strictly followed for three days otherwise it will not work. |
| In 3 days you will
lose 4kgs. After 3 days you may eat normally for 1 day, but |
| within reason.
Maintain healthy habits. This 3 days on 1 day off may be maintained |
| until desired
weight is attained. You can lose between 16 - 20kg within 1 month, |
| provided you follow
the rules. |

| Toast must dry.
Savoury biscuits i.e TUC & Ritz. Tuna, beans and veggies may be |
| tinned, it is not
necessary for fresh veggies. Should any item not be available, it |
| MAY NOT BE REPLACED
with something else, you have to make do without. |
