Amaretto Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS
• 1/2 cup whole milk
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 5 ounces (155g) good-quality milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
• 3 tablespoons amaretto

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine the milk and cream in a small saucepan over medium heat and cook until simmering, about 4 minutes.
2. Add the chocolate and whisk until completely melted and well incorporated, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat, whisk in the amaretto, and serve immediately.

Note:- Amaretto is a sweet, almond-flavoured, Italian liqueur.
