Festive Fridge Cake




Ingredients
150 g butter
60 ml (4 Tbsp) golden syrup
200 g NESTLÉ'83 ALBANY Dark Chocolate
150 g (250 ml) sultanas
75 g (80 ml) glace cherries
75 g (75 ml) mixed peel
150 g (1 cup / 250 ml) silvered almonds
1 pkt Tennis biscuits, roughly crushed
50 g NESTLÉ'83 EASY MELT- white melted for decoration
Extra glace cherries for decoration (optional)

Method
Grease and line a 23 cm springform cake pan. Melt butter and syrup and
ALBANY. Mix in the sultanas, cherries, mixed peel, almonds and biscuits. Mix
well and pour into the prepared pan. Refrigerate until set. Drizzle with the melted
EASY MELT and decorate with the extra cherries. Cut into small slices to serve.
Serve with NESTLÉ'83 Dessert Cream for that extra special treat!
