Ingredients

1 x 123 g packet Knorr Mushroom & Wine Pasta &
Sauce

125 g mushrooms, halved
•
30 ml margarine
•
125 ml milk
•
10 ml fresh basil, chopped
•
200 g beef strips
•
375 ml water
•
10 ml oil
Instructions
1. Fry beef strips and mushrooms in oil for 5 min
2. Add the milk, water and margarine in a saucepan and bring to the boil
3. Add the contents of the packet and cook on high for 8 min, stirring occasionally
4. Stir in the basil
5. Remove from the heat, cover and stand for 2 min
