Arbeitert

Biscuit crust: 1/2 packet of Tennis biscuits and butter.
Filling: Heat one cup of sugar and one cup water.
Take two heaped tablespoons maizena with water and add to mixture.
Cook until done and remove from stove.
Add two large tablespoons strawberry jelly and stir until melted.
Pack 250 gr. ripe strawberries (washed) in nice tight crust and pour hot over there aarbeivla. When cool, refrigerate.
Decorate just before serving with 125 ml. whipped, sweetened cream.
