CHICKEN BURGERS WITH CAMEMBERT & CRANBERRY

















4 Chicken Burgers (I & J)
4 ciabatta rolls
Butter for spreading
30 g rocket leaves
2 sliced wheels Camembert cheese
180 ml cranberry sauce
Skinny fries

Method:

Prepare Chicken Burgers as per pack instructions

Lightly toast and butter the ciabatta rolls

Spread a generous amount of cranberry sauce on the base of the rolls and place the cooked patties on top

Lay the rocket leaves on top of the patties, followed by slices of Camembert cheese and a dollop of cranberry sauce

Serve with a side portion of skinny fries
