TREE TOMATO SALSA





















TREE TOMATO SALSA – DELICOUS WITH NACHO CRISPS:
3 tree tomatoes
1 bullet red chili finely chopped, seeds removed
2 red onions
2 teaspoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of fresh coriander leaves
2 teaspoons of fresh lime juice
1/2  clove of garlic

1.    Halve the tree tomatoes lengthwise, then scoop seeds and flesh and place into a liquidizer,discarding the skin.
2.    Add the remaining ingredients and 1/2 a teaspoon salt and coarsely purée.
