Hiers my piesangbrood reseppie wat ek gebruik het :Banana bread ( Resep van Stork gekry) 120 g Stork margarine, 150 g sugar, 2 eggs beaten' 250ml banana pulp(4-5 bananas) 15 ml lemon juice , 240 g cake flour 2 ml salt, 5 ml bicarb, 30 ml milk. Method : cream butter & sugar , beat in eggs , add banana pulp and lemon juice . Sift dry ingredients and stir into mixture alternate with milk. Turn batter into lined and greased loaf tin and bake in moderate oven at 180 C FOR 1 Hour or until cooked. Serve with butter Lekker eet
