Creamy Spiced Iced Tea...

Ingredients: ¾ cup unsweetened Instant Tea 1 tsp finely grated Orange peel 1 tsp ground Cinnamon ½ tsp
 ground Cloves ¼ tsp ground Nutmeg 14 oz sweetened Condensed Milk 6⅓ cups of Water

Method: Combine the tea, spices and orange peel in a saucepan. Add the condensed milk and mix in well. Place on a medium heat and slowly add in the water, stirring all the while. DO NOT bring to a boil. You should keep it just below a boil for 2-3 minutes. Serve chilled over ice....
