Fatima Sydow Meatballs - Frikadelle

Ingredients
800 grams of mincemeat
1 onion chopped finely
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon of chicken braai masala
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
2 teaspoons of black pepper
2 tablespoon of chopped parsley
A cup of finely chopped green and red pepper
4 slices of white bread soaked in a little milk and then squeeze the milk out of the bread
1tablespoon of finely chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon of chili powder .
1 egg
Method
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with your hands . Make into balls and fry in shallow oil till brown on both sides .
