Broccoli And Bacon Quiche
serves 4
Preparation time 30 minutes
Ingredients:...
1 roll short crust pastry
15ml sunflower oil
250g lean diced bacon
200g broccoli florets, chopped

2 eggs
200ml cream
100ml milk
1 sachet KNORR Creamy Cheese Veggie Bake
Method:
Preheat oven to 200C
Line a 16cm quiche dish with the short crust pastry, trimming off any excess from the sides
Prick the base a few times with a fork then allow to cool in the fridge
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon until cooked
Remove from the pan and allow to cool
Scatter the broccoli florets over the base off the quiche and top with diced bacon
In a bowl whisk together the eggs, cream, milk and KNORR Creamy Cheese Veggie Bake sachet contents
Pour the cream mixture into the base and bake in the oven for 35 minutes or until the filling has set.
