Easy Stromboli
Ingredients
- dried parsley
- garlic powder
- meat (try: Hard Salami, Turkey, Ham) (6-8 oz)
- store-bought pizza dough
- dried oregano
- 1 beaten egg yolk
- cheese (try: Swiss, Mozzarella, Provolone) (6-8 oz)
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Flatten out pizza dough into the shape of rectangle.
- Spread the meat over the dough to within 1/2 ” of long sides and 1″ of short sides.
- Spread the cheese over the meat.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, oregano and parsley.
- Grease a baking sheet with oil.
- Roll dough up and place it on the baking sheet seam down.
- Brush with the egg yolk.
- Sprinkle seasoning and cheese.
- Bake for about half an hour .
