Pizza Crackers




Ingredients
•  1 x 200 g packet SALTICRAX , any flavour you fancy
•  tomato sauce
•  a few small tomatoes, skinned and sliced
•  salt and milled black pepper
•  mozzarella cheese, cut in thick slices
•  olive oil
•  dried oregano
•  basil leaves for garnishing

Directions
Spread the SALTICRAX with tomato sauce and arrange on a baking sheet. Place a slice of tomato onto each cracker and season well. Top each tomato slice with a cheese slice. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a little dried oregano. Place in the oven pre-heated to 230 ºC for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Remove from oven, arrange basil leaves on top and serve.

Makes about 24.
