Jelly Cake




Jelly Cake

5 different coloured jellies made with only half the water required. Leave to set completely. Cube all coloured jellies and place into a silicone ring mould and set aside.

Sprinkle 24grams of gelatine over 250 ml of water and leave for 1 minute. Meanwhile place 300 ml of sweetened condensed milk, 300 ml of heavy cream and 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence in a blender. Stir in 250ml of hot water to gelatine. Stir until dissolved the add to blender. Blend until thoroughly combine.
Gently pour creamy mix over cubed jelly. Place into fridge to set completely.
Invert onto a plate, slice and serve. Yummy
